If we all die, does purpose have any real meaning?
Death, the Great Illusion
Toni King, Unity Minister, Unity Center of Reno
Our true purpose is to live as unique, divine expressions of God. “Purpose” does not equal “goal”. You may believe your purpose is to be a successful Registered Nurse who’ll lead and train others in an effort to attain status within your field. My purpose is to point you inward, away from the material world, to discover the magnificence of your divinity as a healing presence. We take Spirit with us everywhere we go – through many incarnations of the One Life – which informs multiple expressions of purpose, for we are That.
Jesus said, “If a man keep my word, he shall never see death.” He came to show us – through love and the practice of non-judgmental forgiveness – that the physical realm is an illusion; death is not real. Guided by spirit within, our purpose is to live authentically in alignment with Source. This is the path Home. Death is inconsequential.

Rev. Toni King’s talk: A Living Prayer
When we can move beyond conventional petitionary prayer, we are able to cultivate a deeper sense of the Presence of God–the very Substance in which we live, move, and have our being. Aligning with this Presence is to pray without ceasing, allowing healing and fulfillment in all areas of life.
