Meditation on Mondays
April 22-May 13 5:30-6:30pm
Meditation is for everyone, regardless of what your experience may have been in the past. Our own quiet awareness, our own inner being contains so much information, contentment and understanding that is available for all of us. This four-past meditation class will be taught at the Nevada Museum of Art, four Mondays, April 22–May 13, 5:30-6:30. You will learn a different style of meditation each week that you can then take home and practice on your own. For more details and registration please visit:

We’ll learn to go beyond merely managing the conflict in our lives to actually embracing the conflict, allowing it to teach us what we otherwise might not learn.
This process leads to peacemaking… whether it be within ourselves, in our relationships or as a result of outside circumstances.
